The Beginning of Mulk International
The Beginning of Mulk International Mulk International was founded with the launch of Hassan Ali Abdullah Interior Decorations, laying the foundation for what would become a global enterprise.
1990
Entering the Construction Sector
Entering the Construction Sector Expanded into modular construction with the formation of Pre-Fab Building Industries in partnership with Al Nekhreh Contracting, marking a new phase of growth.
2000
Launch of Alubond UAE
Launch of Alubond UAE Established Alubond UAE with a dedicated manufacturing facility in Ajman Freezone, operating three production lines and pioneering aluminium composite panel production.
2004
Reinvention and International Growth
Reinvention and International Growth Moved Alubond’s production to Sharjah’s Hamriyah Freezone. Transformed the Ajman site into Metal Plast, a recycling unit. Also launched Alubond Daccs India, expanding into the South Asian market.
2005
Expansion into Europe and Beyond
Expansion into Europe and Beyond Set up a full-scale manufacturing plant in Serbia under Alubond Europe. This year also marked the creation of Alubond Turkey and Alubond West Africa, pushing the brand into new regions.
2010
Diversifying into Healthcare and Raw Materials
Diversifying into Healthcare and Raw Materials Entered the healthcare sector with Global Hawk Imaging and Mulk Physiotherapy Center. Adnan ul Mulk assumed leadership of Metal Plast, enhancing the group’s materials division to support various industries.
2021
North American and Middle East Expansion
North American and Middle East Expansion Launched Alubond USA in collaboration with Nida and Sania Mulk. Expanded further with new operations in Canada, Egypt, and Saudi Arabia, reinforcing Alubond’s global footprint.
2022
Investments Across Africa and South Asia
Investments Across Africa and South Asia Introduced major ventures including the Zimbabwe Afro T10 cricket league, Factory 2 Site, and Alubond UK. Also initiated landmark projects in partnership with the Andhra Pradesh Government and Zimbabwe Global Investments (ZGI).

Meet the founder
Nawab Shaji Ul Mulk hails from the aristocratic family of Nawabs of Kurnool and is the founder and chairman of Mulk Holdings, a global business powerhouse with diversified interests in the manufacture of building facades, Real estate development, healthcare, ecommerce and sports assets.
